Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Help Desk Technician to become a part of our dynamic tech team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact, delivering technical assistance to our clients and ensuring they enjoy an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Address user-reported problems by utilizing available tools and adhering to established procedures for support case management.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the existing case management systems.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal support teams to ensure accurate problem interpretation, maintaining communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide clear guidance to end-users.
  • Explore alternative solutions until issues are resolved.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm the functionality of their systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and report potential product requests.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and manuals.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role.
  • Proficient in office automation products, databases, and remote control tools.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various technology products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Customer-focused with a calm demeanor.
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Troubleshooting is essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
