Job Description:
As a Preschool Teacher at Bright Beginning West, you will be responsible for planning and executing age-appropriate activities that promote intellectual and creative growth in our young students. Your role will involve instructing children in various activities, creating weekly lesson plans, and developing schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime. You will also be responsible for maintaining the health and safety of all students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess an Associate's/Bachelor's degree and have prior experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields. A passionate and patient demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with children are essential qualities for this position.
