About the Position:
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Build strong relationships with children and families through active listening and empathy
- Contribute to a collaborative team that prioritizes mutual respect and open communication
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children in various settings (daycare, childcare, pre-k)
- Able to think critically and solve problems effectively
- Superior communication skills to engage with children and families
- Maintains a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the unique needs of each client
