Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries and assist guests with their needs both in-person and through digital channels, including information about room availability, pricing, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, facilitate their check-in and check-out processes, and ensure accurate distribution of room keys and numbers.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that rooms are prepared and ready for incoming guests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner when necessary.

Essential Duties

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel guest information.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in handling phone calls and managing high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software is preferred.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred.
