Job Title: Cashier / Host

We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Cashier / Host at Golden Corral. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and offer a personalized invitation to return as they leave.
  • Offer assistance to guests who may need help, such as processing GC On the Go To-Go orders.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
  • Have a full knowledge of the menu and prices.
Cleanliness:
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
  • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
  • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, following local health department laws.
  • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
Operational Excellence:
  • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
  • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
