About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Screen SPE USA. In this critical position, you will lead the establishment and management of a cutting-edge research and development laboratory focused on enhancing equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor cleaning processes and equipment evaluation, with experience in designing and developing test equipment for electrical and shape defect density assessment.

Your responsibilities will include launching an environment for physical and electrical evaluation of SCREEN equipment, providing feedback to the development department, and constructing a system to enhance equipment performance. You will work closely with the equipment/process development department to provide data-driven feedback on correlation between chemicals, process conditions, chamber materials, process performance, variation, and defect density for equipment development.

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Science or Engineering, with relevant industry experience. We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $220,000 - $260,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
