Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador in our SLC office to join our team and uphold our reputation for unparalleled customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Ambassador at Interiorworx, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking shipments, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Provide product information, specifications, and guidance to customers and prospects, showcasing our expertise and building trust.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and manufacturing, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
  • This is a full-time in-office position, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Knowledge of doors and related products is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.
