Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a member of our Family Advocacy Program, you will provide critical services to individuals, families, and groups affected by family maltreatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups whose maltreatment allegations meet criteria for maltreatment.
  • Provide voluntary, comprehensive prevention services to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
  • Coordinate services for families and monitor client participation and progress utilizing social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments in accordance with Air Force Family Advocacy Policies and Standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
  • Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience (within the last three years) providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
  • Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills
  • Computer proficiency to work autonomously using Microsoft Office.
  • Data entry skills to create and maintain clinical records.
  • Ability to utilize Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands or fingers to handle objects or feel.
  • Occasional standing, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
  • Lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment

This role requires standard office equipment and occasional travel for services. Travel may be local or out-of-area, with some overnight stays.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with general hours of work from 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday, except for US Holidays.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must obtain and maintain a NACI Clearance.
