Client Success Leader

Nationstaff is seeking a Client Success Leader to enhance our relationships with valued clients and ensure their satisfaction. As an integral part of our Customer Success division, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support and guidance to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key clients, offering strategic insights and support
  • Partner with the Client Implementation team to optimize the onboarding experience for new customers
  • Become a knowledgeable advocate for our platform's value proposition, educating clients on its advantages
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a superior client experience
  • Represent client interests within the organization, ensuring their feedback and needs are prioritized
  • Develop tailored success strategies for clients, focusing on maximizing the benefits they derive from our services

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a client-facing capacity, ideally within a SaaS context
  • Experience in FinTech or Capital Markets is advantageous
  • Proven ability to effectively gather and communicate client feedback
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and illustrating its business value
  • Enthusiastic about alternative assets and technology
