Job Summary

The Sales Associate role at EssilorLuxottica is a key position in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear, ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters store.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain store appearance and displays, ensuring they are clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
