Job Description

Talento Search Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team in Vance, Alabama. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a competitive salary range of $100,000-110,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain production requirements
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Recommend equipment and process improvements
  • Repair hydraulic presses and other machinery
  • Troubleshoot issues with PLC's
  • Assist with the equipment installation and start up
  • Complete work orders in a timely fashion

Requirements:

  • Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Prefer at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Knowledgeable of hydraulics and electrical AC/DC drives
  • Experience with troubleshooting PLC Logic
  • Experience with controls circuit and power circuits
  • HS diploma required - Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Controls preferred
