The selected candidate will work in our 35-bed inpatient unit, providing short-term hospital care to evaluate and stabilize patients with acute psychiatric disorders. Staten Island University Hospital's Department of Behavioral Health Sciences offers comprehensive psychiatric care in a private, patient-centered environment. With over 1,450 discharges per year, it is considered one of the most active comprehensive mental health centers on Staten Island.
