About the Role

You will:
- Evaluate new admissions and conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on coping mechanisms and adjusting to illness.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or LCSW.
- A minimum of three years of experience in mental health, preferably in an acute care hospital setting.
