Job Summary

About the Role

  • This position involves start-to-finish project management, from concept development to construction administration.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in commercial, educational, and multi-family projects.
  • Responsibilities include defining project requirements, developing design criteria, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and planning.
  • A proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture required.
  • 4 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.

Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on industry standards in Liverpool, NY.
