About the Position

This role involves working closely with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, providing holistic care and support services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

Main Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver medical care and support services.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington preferred; 1 year of experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting required.
  • Valid WA driver's license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State.
  • Must be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities' liability insurance provider.
