Job Opportunity

CBS Service is seeking an experienced Construction Administration Manager to join our team. As a Construction Administration Manager, you will oversee the administration of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction administration, with strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with diverse teams, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of construction projects, including administration, coordination, and control.
  • Development and implementation of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination with internal and external team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintenance of organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, and other relevant documents.
  • Facilitation of communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks, including delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
  • Development and implementation of corrective actions, including project recovery plans and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction administration or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to drive projects forward.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
