We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Data Entry: Enter data into company forms and draft documents using Microsoft Excel.
  2. Counting and Data Input: Perform counts on construction drawings and input data accurately.
  3. Phone Management: Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Filing Systems: Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  5. General Clerical Tasks: Assist with general clerical tasks as needed to support office operations.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (not required but preferred).
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges is expected.
