Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services and support to individuals recovering from TBI and stroke within home and community settings. This role requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by these clients and the ability to develop and implement customized care plans to meet their specific needs.


Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients' psychosocial needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions as required
  • Support clients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources
  • Promote clients' rights and preferences in treatment and recovery plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities
  • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the relevant state authorities
  • Adherence to applicable training, state licensure, and certification standards
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals recovering from brain injury or stroke, or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of brain injury and stroke recovery principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, benefits, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment with a dedicated team of professionals.
