Job Summary

The Production Test Technician is responsible for assembling electronic components and cable harnesses, including software load and testing. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic assembly and testing procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and repair electronic equipment in accordance with repair station guidelines.
  • Assemble electronic components and cable harnesses according to a weekly production schedule.
  • Load and test software and firmware files.
  • Conduct in-process and final assembly inspections according to quality system instructions.
  • Identify and escalate manufacturing issues to production management team members.
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electronics assembly or electronics troubleshooting and repair.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a lead position, leading a team or work group in a production or similar environment.
