Electronics Test Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Test Technician to fill a critical role in our Military defense company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment and a solid understanding of electronic principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement in-process test procedures for circuit boards.
  • Design and implement test fixtures to ensure efficient testing.
  • Troubleshoot complex electronic issues down to the component level.
  • Perform thorough testing on large power equipment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to provide support for new systems development.
  • Load software for system testing and ensure seamless integration.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and wire lists prior to system testing.
  • Report unusual and/or recurring faults and failures to ensure quality control.
  • Return defective components to Quality Assurance for further evaluation.
  • Travel to customers to conduct inspections, installations, and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting
  • Experienced in working with electronic testing equipment and software
