Job Summary:

Volt is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for following routine and semi-routine manufacturing processes at an intermediate level of complexity. You will work under general supervision with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the job. Your primary goal will be to meet production quality and output requirements as specified by each area. You will also participate in a trial period involving training to understand our system operations. Additionally, you will be expected to be flexible and assist in other areas of the manufacturing floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow routine and semi-routine manufacturing processes at an intermediate level of complexity.
  • Work under general supervision with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the job.
  • Meet production quality and output requirements as specified by each area.
  • Participate in a trial period involving training to understand our system operations.
  • Be flexible and assist in other areas of the manufacturing floor as needed.


Requirements:
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on the manufacturing floor behind a caged area restricted to full-time.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
