Job Summary

The Data Center Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the schedule, cost, and quality of data center projects. This includes coordinating all construction processes, implementing cost control measures, and reporting work in progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical construction and materials, as well as experience preparing and providing monthly cost projections.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all construction processes, including material and equipment buyout, hiring, and implementing cost control measures
  • Prepare and provide monthly cost projections
  • Oversee the schedule, cost, and quality of data center projects
  • Report work in progress
Requirements
  • 6+ years of project management experience in the electrical industry
  • In-depth understanding of electrical construction and materials
  • Direct experience preparing and providing monthly cost projections
  • Strong background in business and general contracting, preferably with experience in electrical commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects
