Xtreme Collision Repair is seeking a skilled Mobile Technician to join our team in the DFW area. As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, scans, repairs, and ADAS work on a wide range of vehicles and brands. You will consult with customer shops and promote Smart Vehicle Solutions as it relates to our provided services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Travel to clients' locations to perform services on various vehicles.
  • Utilize OEM tools and diagnostic equipment to make effective recommendations for repairs and calibrations.
  • Prepare report paperwork for customers using established standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to individuals.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of mobile technician experience or equivalent experience in a related position.
  • OEM scan tool and aftermarket scan tool experience and knowledge.
  • Proficient in diagnostics of faults, error messages, and modules.
  • Strong automotive mechanical and electrical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a mobile technician or body shop internal mechanic.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Certifications: ASE, I-Car, MECP, OEM.
