Radiology Service Manager

About the Role:
The Clinical Radiography Director is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our assigned women's imaging sites. This includes managing and optimizing patient, associate, and physician experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in women's imaging, preferably with a lead mammographer role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides open communication and support among team members, fostering an inclusive culture of learning and growth.
- Develops and monitors professional behaviors and goals to ensure alignment with ministry Key Performance Metrics.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Promotes performance improvement activities and provides reports, recommendations, and action plans to meet goals and Joint Commission requirements.
- Conducts regular and specialized in-service training programs and maintains clinical affiliation with radiologic technology training programs.
Requirements:
- Certification and Registration with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent.
- State Licensure (preferred) and Basic Life Support (required).
- 4 years' experience in a clinical environment, with advanced imaging technologies preferred.
