Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Supervisor of Women's Imaging to join our team at Bon Secours. The successful candidate will oversee imaging services, manage daily operations across assigned sites, and ensure a productive work environment that meets professional, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities include managing and coordinating daily operations, overseeing imaging services, creating and maintaining an inclusive culture of learning, assuring compliance with policies and procedures, applying current healthcare knowledge to strategic planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring action plans to surpass excellence, promoting performance improvement activities, and providing reports and recommendations to meet goals and Joint Commission requirements.

Additional Responsibilities include planning regular and specialized in-service training programs, orienting new staff members, ensuring technical proficiency, and collaborating effectively with inter-disciplinary departments and facility leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in women's imaging, preferably as a lead mammographer, and will possess preferred qualifications such as certification and registration with ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTC, state licensure, BLS Basic Life Support, EPIC Electronic Health Record experience, and a strong technical background within the imaging field.
