Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for operating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment to produce high-quality images.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and physician requests.
- Select and operate MRI equipment, surface coils, and associated devices to achieve desired results.
- Properly position patients on the MRI scanning cradle to obtain optimal images.
- Manipulate images using computer functions to visualize anatomy.
- Demonstrate knowledge of patient care by evaluating patient conditions and verifying patient information.
Requirements:
- Certification and Registration with ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology with Advanced MRI Registry (MR).
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
- Associate's degree from an ARRT-accredited institute.
