Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with leadership abilities and hands-on building experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all phases of the building process, ensuring adherence to current building codes and best practices.
  • Enforce on-site safety procedures and schedule subcontractors to oversee their quality of work.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns on the job site and work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and fixtures.
  • Submit permit applications and schedule inspections, meeting with clients throughout all phases of the construction project.
  • Ensure projects stay on time and within budget, assisting with and managing change orders.

Requirements

  • Construction knowledge and leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
