As a Radiology Technologist with Cynet Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing diagnostic imaging procedures. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist patients during exams, providing information and instruction, and responding to their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for continuous care.
  • Input charges and required data accurately for procedures and supplies used during exams.
  • Prepare room, equipment, and materials necessary for exams.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, notifying service and supervisors of issues.
  • Keep work areas clean for employees and patients and maintain equipment documentation.
  • Proactively identify problems and follow up with management.
  • Establish a positive, constructive rapport with physicians, staff, and departments.
  • Maintain a high skill level through ongoing education and share knowledge with staff.
  • Assist in the clinical and/or didactic education of student radiographers and others.
  • Participate in the development of clinical skills and support hospital policies/procedures.
  • Engage in professional activities, demonstrating a positive attitude toward the profession.
  • Actively participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with State, Federal, accreditation, and hospital regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to accreditation efforts as requested.
  • Demonstrate effective time management, prioritizing workload, and meeting productivity requirements.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing technologies, policies, regulations, and staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Previous Radiologic Technologist experience preferred; one year post-certification experience required.
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging, including Surgery and Trauma.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology - R.T. (R) (ARRT), BLS American Heart Association certifications required.
