Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative - Residential Services to join our team at American Residential Services (ARS). In this role, you will be responsible for connecting customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements. Our company provides the installation crews available for next-day service, multiple financing options, and the strongest guarantee in the business.

Compensation:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you can expect a competitive estimated salary of $100k to $200k+ per year, uncapped commission opportunity. After training, you will earn a draw or commission through weekly settlements. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including four health insurance options starting as low as $5 per week, HSA, FSA, Dental and Vision Insurance options, 401(k) with weekly match contribution, 13 PTO days + 8 paid holidays, Company-paid life insurance policy, Short-term disability, long-term disability, and Discount Programs with our partnered accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Connect customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements.
• Provide exceptional customer service delivery and maintain a strong reputation for the company.
• Utilize provided sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the installation crew to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
• Prior experience selling residential services in-home is required, some locations may require HVAC-specific experience.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in a company-provided work vehicle.
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
