Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct insurance sales presentations to potential clients, utilizing strong communication skills to explain policy options and benefits effectively. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, you will assist and address customer inquiries regarding policy details and coverage benefits, as well as collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. Furthermore, you will utilize telemarketing skills to reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments for sales presentations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude, be willing to work full-time, have or be willing to obtain an insurance license, and be willing to work our lead system exclusively. You must also be profit-driven, highly motivated, and desire to be #1. Finally, you must enjoy a family atmosphere like we have at our company.
