Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for members with acute or chronic mental health needs.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions to promote mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to identify members' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to members and their families to promote mental health and well-being.
- Participate in departmental program development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high-quality care.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) with Couples and Families Endorsement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of DSM-V, Evidence-Based Practice, and psychotherapy research methods.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Previous post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
- Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, individual, and group psychotherapy.
- Accuracy in diagnosing patients and developing effective treatment plans.
- Competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
