Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, screening potential new clients, and coordinating the initial consultation process.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Screen telephone calls and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Persistently monitor all potential new client inquiries and update logs and reporting systems
  • Conduct potential new client interviews, schedule appointments, and take accurate notes during attorney-client consultations
  • Collaborate with attorneys to complete the initial consultation process and assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience and strong background in performance-based metrics
Compensation and Benefits

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision insurance, catered lunches, complimentary parking, paid time off, and more.
