MKTG Sports + Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Hospitality and Events team. As a Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development of corporate event and hospitality management services for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct venue research and provide recommendations for client presentations
  • Support hotel and transportation logistics management
  • Develop and propose food and beverage menus for client events
  • Recommend event gifts and manage product sourcing and fulfillment
  • Maintain attendee lists and other important documents
  • Organize and manage client ticket allocations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors
  • Manage shipping and receiving logistics
  • Reconcile event budgets
  • Provide general office support
Requirements
  • College degree (Bachelor's or Associate's) preferred, relevant experience will also be considered
  • Interest in sports sponsorship and activation events
  • Ability to contribute to ideas and solutions that lead to the success of the MKTG team and client accounts
