Job Title: Field Services Technician

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Field Services Technician, where you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients in Norwich, CT.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Services Technician to join our team. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including computer setup, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of computer setup, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Perform proper troubleshooting for ticket escalation, including creating accurate and complete descriptions of client problems.
  • Analyze client problems with Windows Client & Server operating system skills, including wireless devices and networking equipment.

Requirements:

  • Hardware Support experience
  • Windows 10 experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate level of experience
