Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and supporting our clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in the healthcare industry and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
  • Support our patients in their journey with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a full-time variable schedule with rotating Saturday shifts
  • Ability to work as early as 4:30am
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
