Dental Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in the New England area. This is an exceptional opportunity to excel in a career with a company that offers unlimited growth and earning potential for individuals with capital equipment and solution sales experience in Dental or Healthcare markets and a proven track record of quota busting success.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow the territory and exceed sales quotas, working closely with Management, Inside Sales teams, and channel partners.
- Aggressively prospect and close new business in an assigned territory with a short sales cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of software and equipment, and knowledge of all aspects of Carestream Dental solutions.
- Maintain and retain a customer base in the assigned territory through virtual meetings and occasional office visits.
- Regularly engage in marketing campaigns with virtual office visits and cold calling.
- Prepare complex pricing quotes and negotiate the best outcomes.
- Manage and maintain a list of customer references in the assigned territory.
- Work virtually to create presence at online trade shows, users meetings, and virtual dental meetings in the assigned territory.
- 5+ years of documented record of success in an outside sales role, delivering to and exceeding assigned quotas.
- Experience with short sales cycles and selling directly to the business owner/decision maker.
- Ability to sell across a portfolio and understand all aspects of solution selling.
- Must be a hunter with a proven track record of closing new business 80% of the time, while successfully managing an existing customer base.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of customers and distribution channel partners.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to translate solutions to customer profit and growth drivers.
- Self-starter, outgoing, upbeat, and looking for a career not a job.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission with accelerators for overachievement.
