Manufacturing Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support our manufacturing operations division. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and skills in product assembly and production flow, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on produced parts and components to ensure high-quality products.
  • Expertise in performing electronic rework under a microscope for 0201 components.
  • Execute repairs and rework as necessary, promptly reporting any issues.
  • Conduct testing of sub-assemblies and final products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all process steps performed.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide support for other business operations, including shipping, receiving, and stockroom duties.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role.
  • Highly desirable: SMD soldering experience.
  • Proficient in hand soldering components under a microscope.
  • Familiarity with production processes and standards in a related industry preferred.
  • Extensive experience in performing quality control procedures.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to read schematics and follow written procedures.
  • Mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
