Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at RDO Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage sales operations, including inventory management and asset allocation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory/management experience in sales or retail
  • Industry and/or heavy equipment retail sales experience
  • Solid understanding of local market conditions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
