Job Overview

Condux International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Execute and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  4. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  5. Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
  6. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure the team meets their objectives.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  8. Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct regular client visits and sales presentations.
  10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  12. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  13. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  14. Conduct sales analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  15. Provide regular updates to senior management on regional sales activities and results.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent sales experience. Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role is required. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is essential. Excellent leadership and team management skills are also required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary. Ability to travel within the region as required is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in Telecom/utility industry is preferred. Knowledge of key distributors and contractors is also preferred. Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including trade shows and occasional weekends, is required.
