We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Enterprise Growth Enablement and Proposals (EGEP) team at ICF. As an On-Call Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our proposal development efforts by creating innovative and engaging visual communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality visual communications, including data visualization graphics, digital illustrations, and page layouts, to support corporate proposal documents and special projects.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales professionals to develop concepts and execute designs that align with our solutions and messaging strategy.
  • Ensure all designs uphold corporate identity brand standards and meet solicitation compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and revise graphics quickly and accurately, demonstrating initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe.
  • Disseminate and archive finished graphics as required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of corporate in-house or design agency graphic design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Marketing Design, or related creative field.
  • Expertise in translating data into visually appealing infographics and conceptual design that supports target audience-directed messaging.
  • Experience with print and digital publication design, and marketing collateral design and production.
  • Understanding of branding concepts and ability to effectively support a brand through design.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or fully virtual environment using Microsoft Teams.
  • A strong portfolio of original graphic design work that is relevant to this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with proposal teams.
  • Experience working with technical data.
  • Experience working on Federal and/or State and Local government proposals.
  • Experience working on projects for diverse industries.
  • Experience working with the AI-enabled features of Adobe and Microsoft tools.
