As the Construction Project Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the entire construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. You will be accountable for the planning, execution, delivery, and overall success of designated projects. Collaborate with development and asset management teams to support design initiatives and ensure that quality meets expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
  • Proficient in software applications: MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Yardi, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in wood frame, multi-family construction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the pre-construction phase by participating in design meetings, preparing cost estimates and project timelines, and developing contractual documents.
  • Oversee cost management by monitoring materials, evaluating change order requests, and processing monthly payment requests.
  • Ensure effective workflow by creating a master project schedule, attending subcontractor meetings, and securing materials ahead of time.
  • Maintain quality assurance by inspecting work, reviewing shop drawings, and coordinating with design consultants for inspections.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as conducting project status meetings and updating schedules.
