We are seeking a highly skilled Psihological Health Specialist to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will provide consultation services to leaders and units in accordance with the direction of the Director of Psychological Health and the Deputy State Surgeon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral health consultation services to Army National Guard service members and their families, promoting mental health fitness and personal wellness for operational readiness and reintegration to civilian life.
- Assist in providing 24/7/365 access to clinically appropriate intake, assessment, behavioral health screening and referral services.
- Provide clinical case management services, including assessment, intervention plan, referral, and monitoring of clinical progress.
- Engage in Mental Health Awareness and Wellness Promotion activities, facilitating the prevention and education of mental health issues, early intervention, crisis response and post-intervention.
Requirements:
- Master's and/or Doctorate degree in a clinical or administrative mental health field from an accredited college or university recognized by the corresponding professional association(s).
- State license to meet the requirements of a qualified mental health practitioner.
- Minimum two (2) years of clinical or administration mental health care experience after receiving the qualifying graduate degree for this position.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Employees must provide proof of identity and documents supporting their legal authorization to work in the United States. Employees will also submit to a full background check and will be processed for the DoD Tier 1 investigation and must be favorably adjudicated.
