  • Expertise in mechanical design and modeling of instruments and plastic consumables using appropriate tools (CAD). Experience in designing and implementing control methods and feedback loops at both system and sub-system levels using electrical or software solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing complex systems from concept through to release phases. Hands-on experience in designing system architecture and interfaces, building instrument prototypes, and transitioning to final manufacturing models.
  • Extensive experience in leading system integration and verification & validation (V&V) activities, as well as risk management.
  • Experience in integrating plastic consumables, such as reaction chambers or microfluidic cartridges, within biotech systems.
  • In-depth understanding of thermal dynamics and experience in designing high-efficiency heat transfer devices.
