As a Validation Engineer at PSC Biotech, you will play a critical role in driving project success by supporting validation planning, development, documentation, and execution, while ensuring regulatory standards and quality requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation strategies and protocols in the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of risk-based validation approaches, quality management, and regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and expand skills through continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel for project assignments and client engagements.
  • Strong technical background, with proven experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
