Building Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager I-Building Commissioning to join our team at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading comprehensive engineering design and consulting firm, providing innovative solutions for clients with facility and infrastructure challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and standards.
- Align SSR services with client needs, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Lead project teams to achieve Total Project Success, ensuring projects are executed according to plan and meet the highest standards.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and fees, working closely with the marketing department and technical staff.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, projections, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to collect accounts receivables and ensure timely payment.
- Negotiate contracts and fee schedules to ensure continued profitability for clients.
- Minimum 10 years of applicable project/client management experience.
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Engineer licensure preferred, with Building Commissioning certification desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project financial activities, and engineering theories and methodologies.
- Ability to manage projects from small to large scope and complexity, with experience in commissioning complex projects.
