Job Title: Campus Safety Officer

At Duncaster Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Campus Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergencies and other problems in the facility, providing timely and effective assistance.
  • Conduct regular security rounds, including vehicular patrols of all Duncaster properties, and document incidents in our security software.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, including lockdown procedures and access control measures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with resident and staff work orders.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 5 years of experience in general maintenance work or a related field.
  • Valid Class D driver's license with no major violations or restrictions.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
