Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Team Lead

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Team Lead to support our Emerging Programs product area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the derivation of system requirements, functional analyses, system design maturation, verification and validation methodologies, and test execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of complex electronic warfare systems
  • Develop technical performance metrics for system architectures that support engagement of emerging complex threats
  • Execute in-house and off-site system demonstration activities for demonstrations and/or subsystem sell-off, and brief senior program and engineering leadership
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 12 years' experience in engineering and manufacturing environments
  • Experience providing technical briefs to subcontractors, senior level executives, and/or customers
  • Experience throughout the full lifecycle (from development to production and sustainment) of Electronic Warfare, RADAR, or RF products/systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced education in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience in millimeter, microwave RF Design, and in Digital Signal Processing
  • Experience with Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management
