About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Global Demand CoE to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through strategic demand planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Owner for Demand Planning Technology: Serve as the product owner for demand planning technology, delivering incremental business value on a defined cadence.
  • Strategist and Project Manager: Act as a strategist with product vision in mind while managing tactical needs in project management through platform enhancement and process refinement.
  • Demand Planning Expert: Dive into regional demand planning practice horizontally while connecting related streams vertically, translating business needs into platform requirements and engaging stakeholders.
  • KPI Tracking and User Adoption: Track demand planning KPIs, engage users through best-practice sharing workshops, refresher training, and user guide updates, and drive user adoption of the product team's output.
  • Business Practice Harmonization: Harmonize and standardize business practices to empower demand planning technology to deliver maximum value.
Requirements
  • Excellent Quantitative Analytical Skills: Possess excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a strong commercial sense.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Open-Mindedness and Attention to Detail: Be open-minded, balance attention to details with a big-picture perspective, and demonstrate resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ Years of Planning Experience: Possess 10+ years of planning experience in a high-growth cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio or comparable relevant experience.
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain or Relevant Field: Hold a BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Project Management Experience: Possess previous project management experience, preferably with Agile methodologies.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Enterprise Demand Planning Platform Expertise: Possess expertise in enterprise demand planning platform functionality.
