Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grooming Specialist to join our team. As a Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to our discerning clients. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and hygiene
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in men's grooming, preferably in a luxury setting
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple clients
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
