Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management capacity within an operations or logistics environment, with a proven track record of supervising and developing teams.
  • Alternatively, 4 years of experience in a senior management role in retail or distribution, demonstrating strong leadership and operational oversight.

Preferred Skills:

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • Expertise in compliance and financial analysis.
  • Experience in managing workforce challenges and executing budget plans.
  • Proficiency in Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability and logistics management.
